About Us |
Scott is a full-time, results oriented divorce mediator
who carefully guides clients in a thorough step-by-step settlement process
crafting satisfying, equitable agreements. As a father of twins, he also
carefully coordinates the development of comprehensive, long-lasting
parenting solutions that help reduce the harmful impact on children.
Certified by the Dispute Resolution Commission for Superior Court, Scott
also serves as a Guardian ad Litem for the State of North Carolina, a
position which provides a voice in court for abused and neglected
children, who in many cases are too young or too afraid to speak.
In the interest of community service, he volunteers at the
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Dispute Settlement Program helping various people
resolve their differences.
With a financial and business degree from the University of Georgia, Scott
has managed conflict in a variety of arenas. He is an Officer and
Director of the North Carolina Chapter of the
Association for Conflict Resolution and is on the Board of Directors for
the Charlotte Chapter of the American Education Foundation. He is also a member of the North Carolina Association of
Professional Family Mediators and the Dispute Resolution
section of the North Carolina Bar Association. |
